# Nouron Pass

> Nouron Pass is designed as an API and MCP server that let a person or company in Latin America deposit funds in their local currency and let their AI agent pay and receive payments, under rules for security, control and tracking. Today spending can be tested; local-currency deposits and collecting are still under construction.

Nouron Pass is a product of Nouron Labs. It is in early access (waitlist): it does not process real payments yet. The contract of the API v1 is published (openapi.json and the documentation below); the API runs in a practice environment with practice money, and access opens in batches from the waitlist. The rest describes the plan.

## What it is and what it is not

- It is designed as a wallet for an AI agent, personal or for a company, that you fund in your local currency (planned: deposit and withdraw in local currency, with convertibility depending on each country), with rules for security, control and tracking: per-payment limit, daily and monthly caps, allowed destinations, human approval over WhatsApp, a pause switch and a movement log. It is planned to be offered as an API and an MCP server on the same rules engine.
- The agent is designed to pay (small payments such as buying data or paying another agent, subscriptions, tools and APIs; later a one-time-use card for international purchases and, in some countries, local services and products) and also to collect payments, for people and for companies. Planned countries to start: Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico (planned currencies: Argentine, Colombian and Mexican pesos and Brazilian reais, converted to USDC). Each country opens only when its legal review is ready.
- Who it is for: developers and vibe coders first; later a low-code integration for people who do not run these services. It fits anyone whose agent already handles money, or who wants it to but fears giving it payments.
- Order of work (plan, no dates): spending in USDC first, then local payments and collecting, the one-time-use card last.
- It will not hold your money or keys: funds are planned to be held by a licensed partner. Nouron Pass is the rules software, the movement log and the approvals. Identity verification is mandatory.
- It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not promise any result.
