API and MCP, in design

How it works

From your currency to your agent’s payments and collections, in 4 steps

Nouron Pass is designed as an API and MCP server that let a person or company in Latin America deposit funds in their local currency and let their AI agent pay and receive payments, under rules for security, control and tracking.

  1. 1

Create your agent’s wallet and verify your identity

It is personal or for a company. A licensed partner will handle verification. Nouron will never hold your money or your keys.

  2. 2

    Deposit in your local currency

Your deposit becomes USDC, the balance your agent pays with and receives into.

  3. 3

Your agent pays and collects under your rules

Every payment is checked against your limits. Large ones wait for your approval on WhatsApp. Every movement lands in a log.

  4. 4

    Withdraw when you need to

Whatever you do not use will be able to go back to your local currency, through the same licensed partner.

Rules

You decide how much, when and to whom

Five controls in every rule, checked on every payment and designed for every collection too.

  • Limit per payment

No payment goes above the amount you set.

  • Daily cap

A maximum per day for everything your agent spends.

  • Allowed destinations

Your agent pays only the destinations you listed.

  • WhatsApp approval

Large payments wait for your go-ahead, on your phone.

  • Pause

One button stops all payments instantly.

Example: one rule, in code
{  "max_per_payment": 100,  "max_per_day": 250,  "currency": "USDC",  "allowed_destinations": ["api.example.com", "api.openai.com"],  "require_approval_over": 50,  "approval_channel": "whatsapp",  "paused": false}

Connect

API and MCP: two ways to connect it

Both use the same rules engine and are designed for paying and collecting. Pick the one that fits your agent.

  • For developers

    API

Designed as the foundation for developers: your code will be able to read rules, request payments, receive collections and read movements.

  • For agents

    MCP server

Designed as the front door for agents: your agent will be able to read its rules, pay and collect with standard tools.

Example: your agent reads its rules and requests a payment
get_policy()
→ { "max_per_payment": 100, "max_per_day": 250 }

check_policy({ "amount": 80, "destination": "api.example.com" })
→ { "decision": "needs_approval", "channel": "whatsapp" }

request_payment({ "amount": 80, "destination": "api.example.com" })
→ { "status": "pending_approval" }
Tool names are an example and may change.

Who it is for

Built for people who put agents to work with money

  • Developers and vibe coders

You build or use agents and want them to pay for tools, APIs and subscriptions, and to collect, in your currency and without handing over your card.

  • Businesses that run on agents

Your company has an agent handle purchases and collections, and you want limits, approval and a log of every movement.

  • People who want their agent to handle money safely

It already does, or you would like it to but you are afraid to give it payments. If you do not code, a low-code integration will come later.

Ideal profile

Is it for you?

Yes, if…

  • Your AI agent already pays for tools, APIs or subscriptions.
  • You want your agent to handle money, but you fear giving it payments.
  • You want your agent to collect for your work or your business.
  • You deposit, pay or collect in your local currency, such as pesos.
  • You prefer to connect it by API or by MCP.

No, if…

  • You want a place to keep savings: Nouron will never hold your money.
  • You do not use, and are not thinking of using, an AI agent to handle money.
  • You want to skip identity verification: it is mandatory.

Security

Security and compliance, by design

How it is designed

  • It is designed so that Nouron never holds your money or your keys: funds will be held by a licensed partner.
  • Every payment is checked against your rules before it goes out.
  • Every movement lands in a log you can review.
  • Instant pause of all payments.

Compliance

  • Each country opens only after its legal review.
  • It is designed so that identity verification stays with the licensed partner.
  • Your email is used only to tell you about your access, as described in the privacy policy.

Roadmap

How we are opening access

Nouron Pass is under construction and we are opening access in waves. Today we do not process real payments yet.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

  1. Today

A waitlist and conversations with people who build and use agents, to sharpen the scope.

  2. Next

A test environment with a simulated API and MCP server. We start with spending in USDC: tools, APIs, subscriptions and small payments.

  3. Later

Pilots with money movement, once there is a licensed partner and legal backing. Spending first; then local payments and collecting; the one-time-use card last. The plan is to start with Mexico and Colombia, with more countries after.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I deposit and withdraw in my local currency?

It is designed for that: you deposit in your local currency, the balance is converted to USDC so the agent can pay and, when you want, goes back to your local currency through a licensed partner. The plan is to start with Mexican and Colombian pesos (MXN and COP) and add more currencies later. Convertibility will depend on each country’s rules.

Do you move real money today?

Not yet. Nouron Pass is under construction, and the first users get in before we open money movement. We will tell you when it arrives.

API or MCP?

Both use the same rules engine and are designed for paying and collecting. The API will be the foundation for developers: your code will be able to read rules, request payments, receive collections and read movements. The MCP server will be the front door for an agent to do the same with standard tools, with no custom integration. If you code your agent, you will pick the API; if your agent already uses MCP tools, you will connect it there.

What will my agent be able to pay for?

It is designed for small payments, such as buying data or paying another agent, and for subscriptions, tools and APIs. Later, for international purchases with a one-time-use card and, in some countries, for services and products in local currency. Every payment goes through your rules.

Can I collect payments with Nouron Pass?

It is in the plan: the same rules and the same log are designed so your agent can also receive payments, on behalf of a person or a company. We are designing it and it could come after spending, once there is legal backing to collect.

Can my agent pay with a one-time-use card?

It is part of the plan, but it does not exist yet. It is meant for international purchases at services that accept no other method: it is generated for one payment, for the amount your rules allow. The plan is to open it last, because it depends on an issuing partner.

Does it work for people and for companies?

It is designed for both: one wallet, personal or for a company, for each agent. For a company, verification will cover the company and not only the person who runs it.

Does Nouron hold my money?

No. It is designed so that Nouron never holds the money or the keys: funds will be held by a licensed partner, and Nouron Pass is the rules software, the movement log and the approvals.

What if my agent makes a mistake?

Every payment is checked against your rules before it goes out: if it is over the limit, goes to a destination that is not allowed or exceeds the daily cap, it is blocked or waits for your approval. A good limit reduces the damage of a mistake, but it does not prevent them all: start with small amounts.

Who sees my data?

We keep your email, your language and whatever you choose to answer in step 2. We use them to tell you about your access. The details are in the privacy policy.

How much does it cost?

We are still setting the prices. We will tell you before you start using it.

Do I need to know how to code?

We are thinking of developers and vibe coders first: it will be enough that your agent can call an API or connect to an MCP server. For people who do not code, a low-code integration will come later.

How do invitations work?

When you confirm your email you get a personal link. Each friend who confirms their email counts: with 1 you join the first access group. Inviting does not earn cash prizes.

Which countries will it open in?

The plan is to start with Mexico and Colombia, with more countries after. Each country opens only when its legal review is ready.
